It can be used in cases where the cancer has advanced locally or has spread to other parts of the body.<\/p>\n<p>Unloxcyt belongs to a class of drugs known as PD-L1 antibodies. These drugs work by binding to a protein called programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), helping the immune system destroy cancer cells.<\/p>\n<p>The FDA&#8217;s approval was based on results from a study involving 109 patients.
