Dr. Roxana Mehran Named President of the American College of Cardiology for 2026
Dr. Roxana Mehran, an Iranian-American Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) and Population Health Science and Policy at Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital, has been elected President of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) for the year 2026.
Previously appointed as Vice President of the ACC starting in March 2025, Dr. Mehran’s new role marks a significant recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field of cardiology.
